Refund Return Policy
PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING SERVICE
We do not offer refunds or returns. If you believe Design Technofy has charged you incorrectly or would like to cancel your work, you must contact Design Technofy before the task is done. The appropriate amount will be credited to your account for further use.
Inquiries should be directed to Design Technofy (designtechnofy@gmail.com) If found valid amount will be adjusted in your balance.
Remember the preview is free, after accepting it and rendering/creating the given task in full resolution you will always pay for what you used so far.
If you want to cancel final submission, please tell us ASAP so we could stop the task to avoid unnecessary costs.
