Below we have listed important legal terms and our company policies that apply to anyone who visits our website or uses our services online or offline. These terms are necessary in order to protect both you and us, and to make our services possible and more enjoyable for everyone. Design Technofy offers a wide range of services and features and part of the terms below may not be relevant to the specific services you use.
Architecture Design Services
1. Pricing
We also provide services for educational purposes. Due to which certain content is available at discounted prices as per the quotation decided prior starting process of the project. Any price offered for particular content may also be different after a certain period of time in case the client doesn't avail discount at quotation time.
2. Payments
Design Technofy works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within two (2) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
3. Refunds
We do not offer refunds to advance payments. Even if the services have not been delivered, refund will not be processed in any case. If in case services are denied or due to genuine reason the work is stopped, you can get credit and use it for other services provided by Design Technofy. Only in rare cases the refund would be applicable on the final judgement of Design Technofy.
4. File Delivery
Project deliveries can be in any file format depending on the software used. But, in any case/scenario, the master file or the soft copy of main file is NEVER sent to the client unless mentioned at the time of quotation and payment.
Although in the cases where the soft copy itself is the delivery, and is mentioned before final quotation, the master file can be delivered to the client. In case the file is heavy (higher than 100MB limit), a file transfer fee will be charged by Design Technofy and has to be paid in advance by the client, even if it is not mentioned during quotation day.
